triptroic gearbox question please help will give best answer?

well i am 18 male.and i have all ways loved manuel gearboxes.i love them be cause i can let 1st gear go to 3500rpm taking off(that is were i all ways shift 1st gear and that's were i shift most of my other gears as well.)but mainly i like Rev matching to 3000rpm downshifting gears pulling up to Trafficights.because in 2nd gear at 3000rmp i have i lot of engine braking slowing me down and i hardly have to use the brakes.but Manuel's are are getting VERY hard to find in brand new cars.so i was wanting to know do these "sports shift"gearbox's stay locked to a gear when you release the throttle.or are they like autos and unlock from that gear when you take your foot of the throttle.i know i am going to have to give up Manuel's one days.but i hate how autos unlock from the gear when you take your foot of the throttle.and that's why i stay with Manuel's.because i take my foot of the throttle and it is still holding that gear going down hills and stuff.so please help.will it stay locked to a gear when i take my foot of the throttle.thanks in Advance

I did these problems, but I got them wrong. I have the chance to correct them but I obviously do not know how.
1). A mini license plate for a toy car must consist of a one digit odd number followed by 2 letters. Each letter must be a J or K. Repetition of letters is permitted.
a). Use the counting principle to determine the number of points in the sample space.
b). List the sample space
c). Determine the exact probability of creating a mini license with a 5. Give solution exactly in reduced fraction form.

2). A card is selected from a standard deck of 52 cards. Find the probability of selecting:
a). An 8 given the card is not a face card (Ace is not a face card)
b). A club given the card is red
c). a King, given the card is red

3). Last fall, a gardener planted 62 iris bulbs. She found that only 48 of the bulbs bloomed in the spring.
a). Find the empirical probability that an iris bulb of this type will bloom. Give answer as a fraction in lowest terms.
b). How many of the bulbs should she plant next fall if she would like at least 53 to bloom?

ok so i was dating a man for over a year & a half & he asked me to move in (after only 1 month) & i turned him down. now the reason i did that bc i wanted to get to know him better & also bc i get sick a lot and i wanted to stay near my parents jic sumthn happnd & bc my two girls live with me. anyhoo, the relationship was going really good... (so i thought) when he got sick at work & fell out. he was waiting for a heart & i guess he was stressed bc of his line of work & it was too much for him. now since we had a bit of distance btween us, we stayed on the phone & was constantly emailing each other. he wanted my life to be easier bc of the illness & girls & i wanted to keep him form stressing so he offered me a share in an amusement park (in writing) that he was opening & i said ok. he also said i should handle the entertainers for whatever venue he had going on at the time. now at the time he was suppose to be hiring Prince & MJB but they found him a heart & we had to cancel. so after he had the operation his lawyer contacted me & said evrything went well & would send a car for me to come see him... it never went down tho bc he didnt want me to c him like that. & since i get sick a lot i knew how he felt. so a couple of weeks went by of him complaining about his partner stealing from him & people not giving a ish about him, i wanted to kill all those ppl who was hurtng him. i prayed for this man more than i did myself & didnt need it n return. i didnt want to b his trophy wife, i just wanted to continue to love him and his 5 kids & definately didnt want to hurt him the same way those other broads had, as his daughter told me. i started noticing the emails stop coming so i got worried. i called, emailed, & texd him all day long & didnt hear from him for weeks, until his lawyer called & said his body rejected the heart and they had to replace it... thank god! so time passed & still didnt hear from him, so now all i could do was assume was the worse. i cried sooo much.. i mean i baby cried bc i didnt know if he made it or not & all i could do was cry, pray, & email him to c if he was ok. i wud say 2 months went by & he answered one of my emails & told me he was ok but was pissed off that he had a nurse that was always there. now i didnt suspect nothing bc we talked like we would any other time & i wanted to just b there to help him, but he claimed that he didnt feel up to my standards & didnt want me to see him. i explained that i wanted him no matter how he thought i felt for him bc i lvd him. he followed w/o an answer but would request for my friendship on different sites... wtf? another 2 mos passed & i looked him up on facebook & sent a request. it took him a month to accept me & thats when i saw he had sum1 else & was using MY daily heartsong method i made up 4 him, on his new girl....? i didnt want to post nething on his wall (afraid i wud upset his woman) & sent him a message saying i was upset that all that time i thought he was dead, he was talking to another broad... sum1 who hurt him n the past? he sent me a message back saying "how dare u request me as a friend just to justify ur accusations!"... ? & that he didnt owe me an apology and hated the words that i had said... ? how dare i? my heart hurt so bad bc i asked him if he still loved me b4 & he said yes & asked me to stay with him. so i sent an email saying that i never said he owed me nething and that i never asked for nething. he threw his fame, money, yatch, & mansion at me and i never bit back. although i did want to do a few concerts, it was only to say that i have done it bc i had done everythng career wise i had ever wanted to do, & the music thing was the last one on my list. he made me feel lower than the dirt below my feet. we was fighting life together but now i was doing it alone. i know i only have a good 2-3 yrs left, & i am 33 now, but i didnt want to die alone like we both promised each other, but i lost hope after that. i know he is a good man, but he could hav said sumthn! i didnt know what i did or said, but i could only assume that it bothered him when i was constantly asking him if he was ok... idk. after i sent my last email apologizing for whatever i had done wrong i blocked him from sending me anything else & also from my friend lists. i guess it hurt me more to find out that he was ok but left me to worry more than nething. i knew i wasnt on his level but i didnt need his money, my dad paid all my bills, so he left me to wonder. i usually can move on quickly but it is fuqn wit me bc he did it like that. even tho im with sum1 else now it pops up every now and again bc i hear about him & c the porche he bought me evrywhere i go. can u tell me why i cant seem to let it go even tho it has been over 5 mos? and do u think i would feel better if i did hear him tell me fuq me? i dont evn care about the amusement park or my position n the company cuz i didnt hav it to bgin with.. i guess im just hurt, u know?

How long can a car dealership hold a check for a downpayment?

I am looking to trade in my car today or tomorrow and will not have the down payment of $2,000 until 10/7. I know last time I bought a car they were able to hold my check for 2 weeks and then deposited it and everything was great. I just wanted to know how long can a dealership hold a check or be willing to hold it in order to complete a sale. (I will technically have the money in my account, but need it for my home purchase in the next 2 weeks). I just want to know if a dealership would be willing to hold the check for that long (4 weeks) or not. I could probably do as early as 10/1.
Its not a bad check obviously I said I had the money in my account. they have held it for 2 weeks before I am just trying to see how far they would go...please no judgements...I AM buying this car...just answer the question.

hey everybody
im a NRI who recently visited india 4 my vaccationn i thoroughly enjoyed the rain the weather and the places i visited such as the taj mahal ,india gate were all very beautiful.the forests of madhya pradesh had souch a variety of flora andfauna. but something about india disturbed me and tht was how ppl were cheating us. there were many incidents but i d like to share one
ok so i was travelling with my indian guide in my brand new car when a police man stops us on the road for the car did not have a no. plate. my guide had warned me and so i had brought along papers which said tht since the car was new it dint have a number plate n we would be getting it the next day. the policeman said tht the papers were fine n added tht hed let us go if we made him happy. i dint get it at tht instant but then when i saw my guide giving him a 50 rupee note i was terriffied. i said it was wrong n we could take him 2 the police but then he replied tht it wouldnt help and tht we should continue our journey. this was very shocking i was disgusted at both the police mans and my guides act.
and there was another incident(not a cheating one) where a rickshaw parked near the footpath had "prevent TB- dont spit"labelled behind it and the same rikshaw man was spittin something red on the road . i dint have the time to correct him but if i did i would certainly give him a piece of my mind.
there were many other things in my country which struck me and the attitude of the govt to all of this was also very surprising
anyways i wanted to know what u think abt this and am i the only 1 who noticed this? cuz india indeed is a very beautiful country indeed.

My Mazda 2 is due for its 1st service, where should i go?

I have a Mazda 2, due in for its first service. I know Mazda don't issue a service book with new cars, as it's all done on a database. Is it best to go to a Mazda dealer?

I've been quoted £117 by Mazda, but don't know if this is a good price or not (i'm such a girl!)

Any help from anyone with a newish Mazda, or anyone who just knows would be grately appriciated!!

Can I claim mileage on my taxes for this purpose?

I work for a company that often sends me out to job sites to do contractual work for clients. The only time my company compensates me for mileage is if I go out of town. During the past year and a half, I have been contracted out to 1 company each and every day that requires me to travel double the distance I would have normally travelled if i was at my office. I am using my own car, and my employer is not compensating me for the extra travel I've done over the last year and a half. Can I claim this on my taxes?

Me and my girlfriend have been goin out for a year and seven months. Our issue right now is that my parents believe that she been cheating on me due to rumors from people from the church they go to. They have heard that she been kissing guys from her school, that she been seeing another guy behind my back, that she is only using me. This has been going on for a while but now it has gotten to the point where they don't want us to be together due to these rumors. I tried bringing her and her mother to talk to them to clear things up, but it only made it worse. My parents said that everything that came out of her mother's mouth was a lie. So I'm completely lost now. When I asked my friend's of what they seen or heard, 1 said that they HEARD that she been with someone else, that she been cheating on me. My other friend said that he heard from another friend that she saw her go in a car with another guy. Me and my girlfriend are still together but I don't know what to do. With the way things are going, I'm not sure how much longer this is going to last. Can anyone ofyou help me because I really need answers...

Is he too big of a mama's boy or am I overreacting?

I have been with my boyfriend for 4 wonderful consecutive years. We share a beautiful son together. Im 20 and he is 21.

His mom and I have really never got along. I was his first girlfriend, he lost his virginity to me. So she's never had to deal with girls before me. He has a younger brother, He finally just moved out and got into his first relationship. His mother has ALWAYS been over barring. She use to make him print out his time worked every week and right down the mileage on his car to make sure he went to work and work only. We met at work, she would call twice a night to talk to him to make sure he was at work. He was the ideal teenager NEVER got into trouble, touched drugs, alcohol, straight A student. So she had no reason to not trust him. I wanted her to know that I really cared for her son and I wanted her to get to know me, so I called her and invited her to go to lunch or to go get pedicures together whatever she wanted my treat, mind you I was 16 at the time she said I don't hang out with teenagers and hung up on me.

Ok fast forward to now. She calls him 2 or 3 times a day. He won't answer his phone in front of me when she calls, he goes to the back room. Of course I go and ease drop. Ill hear him say things like "Yeah we got the car looked at" and he will give her every detail or 'I have work I can't make it, no I can't ask for any more time off" It drives me up the wall how she is always in our Business. She flipped out on him because he wouldn't take the day off to be with her on her last birthday, she is 42 she doesn't need her kids to miss work to make her feel special. ashe calls him every week to go to a concert. She never calls to take our son any where or to even see how he is doing, but shes got his name tattooed on her? She will buy us groceries and bring them over unannounced and tell us to pay her for them even though we didn't ask for them or even want them and tell us we have to pay her back. We don't carry cash so she calls and calls until we give her the money. My boyfriend will blow me off to hang with her. It's like he doesn't want to tell her no. We get into these HUGE fights over him going to concerts with her. Because we never get to do anything together. The last time him and I went out together I was 7 months pregnant, my son is now 2. This last fathers day and his birthday she calls and tells him she wants to take him to diner, she didn't even invite me. I don't know why she thinks it's ok for her to take up all his time on Father's day. Her other son lives about 30 minutes closer to her, works half the time my BF does and doesn't have a kid. But she never does any of this to him she doesn't just drop by unannounced, call all the time or ask him to go any where. I tell him why doesn't she hang out with her friends. I wish she would realize that he works no les than 50 hours a week so his son and I have very limited time with him. Sorry this is a novel but I really needed to vent.

I am to the point where I can't and wont put up with fighting his mom for his time. I feel that our son and I should be priority number 1. And im about ready to tell him it's me or her, I know that sounds crazy making him choose between me or his mother, but im tirexd of her purpoesly making plans with him when she knows we had plans. Shes very vindicting and manipulative.

So do I have the right to be as pissed off as I am or is this normal?
When he doesn't answer his cell phone she calls our house phone and says"is MY son there" she doesnt even ask how am I? no he's at work "shes say when will he be home I tell her, and she will call back for him two time or 3 times between the time I told her he'd be off. It's gotten to the point where I just hang up on her, and that's so out of my character.
Iv'e been living with this situation for 4 years now and im beyond fed up. Ive told him numerous times that he has to live with me NOT her. 97% of our fights arguments are over his mom and im sick of it.
