I am applying for my first Studio, its a low income housing complex that has a very intense screening process. They pull your credit report and it has to be at 650 or higher (Im at like 653 w/ Experian- but I dont know what bureau they use that might make my score a little lower. A coworker has suggested turning in a friendly statement of facts along w/ a copy of my experian report explaining any points they may possibly view as negative.

Please read the below and let me know if you think its too much? Its okay? Any advice much appreciated!

This is my personal statement regarding any possible negative points of my credit report in further detail.

Possible Negative Point 1- Large amount of money owed in total:
This is for one reason only and that is my student loan amount. I attend a private nursing school and have needed to take out a US Dept of Education loan on the tuition cost. I have been paying back interest that may be building up here and there, but the large amount of money I owe is due entirely to student loans. These are government funded loans and I am not scheduled to begin paying these back until 6 months after my graduation date.

My auto loan remaing balance is under $1000, and per my credit report you can see that it will be paid off in full with 3 more months of regular payments.

Possible Negative Point 2- Low Credit Limit on Revolving Credit Card, and amount owed closer to the total limit:
I recently had a emergency large ticket item on my vehicle and had to turn to my credit card to help pay for the repair. Per my credit report you should see that I have only been over the limit once by error but have maintained this credit card in good standing and most often with very low balances since I received it when I turned 18 in 2006.

Things I would like to be considered:
I am 22 years old and am currently bulding my credit. I have never taken on a financial responsibility I wasn't able to handle and my credit report should reflect that as well. I had a $9,000 car loan that I obtained in May 2008 set to last for 4 years. Through timely payments and extra payments I will be done with this loan much ahead of schedule by the end of 2010.


I have also attached a copy of my Experian Credit Report in full detail as I obtain those free with a monthly subscription in case your source of credit reports don't provide enough detail to support my facts above.

I appreciate you taking time reviewing my statement. I would very much like to be approved for this apartment and therefore felt the need to point out the reasons for any possible negative point of my credit report in further detail.

my car sounds like a go car. It sounds like that all the time.?

At first it was once every now and then that it made the sound all i had to do was release the foot pedal and accelerate again and it would go away but last saturday it started for good, I accelerated and heard the noise, let go of the gas, speed up again n it didnt go away. Another thing it does is pull itself or jump when im on a red light or a stop. i was told by a guy that works in auto zone to check the exaust. that that was the problem, to just put a hose up to where it hooks up underneath the car and listen to see if theres air flow, he sayd there shouldnt be any air flow there. Another guy at advanced auto parts told me that it was the fuel pump, that its dirty and it needs to be replaced. Then a mechanic i found outside of O'reilly told me it just needed a tune-up. I dont feel like doing everything and then end up being none of those things. Does someone know whats wrong with my car?

I can't remember what the mission is called,But I recently just started playing Grand Theft Auto,And I am what you can call a 'newb' to all of the game play. Lol. Anyways,It's the mission where you have to go to the cemetery and kill 'Kane',And his gang. Except,Every time I do the mission,I always either accidentally killing myself with a grenade,Or while trying to chase down Kane in time,His gang banger friends kill me first,And my 'crew' doesn't help...They just run and follow me,I've even told them to stay in place near the gang members,But nothing,Help? I can't use any cheat codes,And I don't know how to completely finish the mission. It would be easy if I could dodge all of Kane's men first,I always try killing them first,But nothing.
Yeah,I know Kane has the extra protection,Sweet says that in the beginning,Lmfao. Kane eventually gets into this car,But then Sweet tells me to get in a car with HIM,But the car Sweet gets into is surrounded by Kane's gang members...

Former Obama administration car czar Steven Rattner is coming out with a new book that depicts him swashbuckling through the financial crisis and also shows Obama as "out to get" the car companies and the administration making political decisions about how to deal with bankrupt automakers GM and Chrysler.

Question #5:

What does this sound mean when my Commodore (auto) changes gears?

My 1995 VR Commodore has been an absolute prick to me lately. In the last month or so I have run up almost $3,000 in services - first the air con and everything near it on the car went, which was $2K, then earlier this week I put it in for another service because it kept stalling when it was coasting. That service involved replacing the heater valve, replacing hoses, etc.

The car seemed fine for the first couple of days this week, but now it makes a large "clunk" when changing from first to second gear. The whole car is shaking too when the engine is going.

What the hell is going on with my car, people of the internet?

I need help with my television reception and BT vision?

Hi, and thanks for looking at my question. I have a home tv set up of a BT vision box and a tv with freeview. I'm no expert. However, all was working perfectly until now. My problem is that I have very poor reception on a few channels (Dave, Film 4, to name just 2). All the other channels seem just fine. I think the BT vision side of things is purely to do with my internet connection, which also seems ok. My first thought was that I have an aerial problem, but why do all my other channels work fine? I have hit auto re-tune on the tv, but still no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Keep getting bluescreens?

I built a pc last week, everything works fine, however, I keep getting blue screens, happens at random times, either starting up the computer, at log on, or when its sitting idle, or even when I'm on the internet etc.
I use windows 7 ultimate. I have a 64 bit processor, can using 32 bit windows affect getting blue screens, as that's what I'm using.
The blue screens I get, I downloaded bluescreenviewer, and it mostly comes up with:
IRQL_Not_Less_Or Equal, but its also came up with:
Bad pool caller, kernel mode exception not handled, page fault in non paged area, and if i click on each fault comes up with the sub faults highlighted as:
ntkrnlpa.exe, win32k.sys, halmacpi.dll, as the majority, but for the bad pool caller, came up with netio.sys and srvnet.sys
would formatting it help?
i really dont know what is going wrong
have asus p5b deluxe wifi mobo, core 2 quad processor, 2gb ram, geforce 6600gt gpu, and enough cooling inside, its not overclocked at all, everything is set to auto in bios, got latest updates etc, like i say happens at random times, first relatively quickly the first time i turn computer on, then when it restarts itself, usually after a while. apart from throwing it through the window, can anyone help?

Yamaha Moto-4 Problems, Help?

I am Trying to get our four wheeler fixed up, I'm not sure of the year, but I got it running... but it smokes really really bad... dies whenever i let off the gas until its hot... and the auto clutch is kinda sticky and tries to jerk when you put it in first gear... any idea why its smoking? its coming from the exhaust and the engine, (oil is somehow getting on the engine) also, does it need tranny fluid? where would I put it? thanks for any tips!

Fallout 3 Follower disappeared, not dead though?

So I was playing fallout 3, ran into a bunch of super mutants, and I quickly ran into a shack. My follower Paladin Cross, didn't appear in the shack with me. A little while later a got a notice saying she died so I reloaded the auto save, from when I first entered the house, slept for a few hours on the bed, went back outside, killed all the mutants, but Cross disappeared D: Assuming she died, I went to go try and get Charon, but when I got him he couldn't join me because apparently my party was full... but Cross wasn't with me. Wtf is happening and where's my follower? D:
I'm on PS3, Dogmeat's still with me but maybe because I told him to wait in my Megaton house? I don't know...there's been no message that Cross is dead but I can't find her anywhere.
I'm ok with this now, as somehow Fawkes joined me =] Still never found Poor ol' Cross though. Probably dead in the Wastes,even though I never got a message saying so.

i just had a new trane central air unit installed in my house.first they installed a 3 and a half ton unit but?

and a half ton unit it would constantly blow during the day time and never get down to the desired temperature of 74 degrees the thermostat would never get below 79 degrees.they came back did a load test and they said i needed a 4 ton unit so they installed the 4 ton unit and it still does the same as the 3 and a half ton unit,is this normal for the ac to always be blowing all day and never get to the desired temperature?i know it is hot in the upper nineties outside but shouldnt it be able to maintain the temp of 74 or 75 degrees if it is constantly blowing and i t set on auto.

Am i doing something wrong with my Glock? 1250 rds=2 bad ejections, 1 fail to chamber, 1 no strike?

I just bought a Glock 34 3 days ago which is the 9mm competition model. It is my first hand gun. In the past 2 days i have put the first 1250 rounds through it. Yesterday's 1000 rounds went fine, not a single problem. I cleaned the gun when i first got it and after the first days shooting. Today i only put 200+ rounds through it had 2 shells not eject from the gun and get stuck in the slide, 1 instance where there were rounds in the mag but it didn't chamber it, and finally one bullet that did not get struck by the firing pin (i tried it twice and there was no fire and no strike mark). Am i doing something wrong? Glocks are a very reliable gun. I read online that people have put thousands of rounds through them with no problems. Which leads me to believe that it is user error and that I maybe using the gun wrong or maybe cleaning it wrong even tho i clean it exactly how the book tells me to and watched a bunch of videos on cleaning. Also if anybody can tell me why when i slap my mags in the slide automatically releases. It auto releases most of the time but not all the time when i am out shooting with bullets in the mag, usually not with my 33 rd mag but sometimes. It doesn't auto release when i am in my house dry firing, with a clean gun, and no bullets in the mag. Any advice, comments, or solutions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time.

Nikon L22 not taking " Stunning Photos"?

My Nikon L22 CAMERA is not living up to its popular adds of being a good, high quality camera.
The camera takes very fuzzy photos and video. I have tried every version of the programmed settings including the Easy Auto crap. but all of my photos are blurry! When i first got it it took ok pictures. Now all of them are pretty crappy Quality.

How much would a fair auto accident settlement be?

I do have a lawyer. I was rear-ended 6 months ago. $700 damages to the car. About $25,000 med bills so far.MRI showed 2 bulged disc in neck. Still in therapy for lower back and tmj. I'm seeing a specialist on the tmj this week. If I have to do a MRI on my jaw then I'm going to have them do one on my lower back. They should of done it all at once. When I went in I only had complaints of the neck and the jaw followed about a week later. I didn't realize that if a chiropractor couldn't fix the tmj in 6 months then I should see a specialist. I wished they would of referred me to one alot sooner,but they didn't and they want to do an evaluation and ignore the fact of my jaw clicking and the pain I'm having.So I called one myself. Hopefully the delay wont be that damaging.


I'm in no hurry for a settlement and I know I have to wait until treatment is over. However I'v never been through this before so I have no idea what to expect. I know they are going to make an offer and to refuse it. I also know I should be asking my lawyer this. This question is really to compare it to my lawyers answer. I get the feeling that he's lazy and he's going to want me to accept the first offer.

Could a breakup trigger underlying problems? Teenager..?

Ok, i'm 16 and my ex broke up with me just over 2 months ago. I was very close with him but recently found out he wasn't the person i thought he was (just using me for sex). Finding this out really affected me, the first couple of weeks i pretty much stayed in bed, didn't eat properly, couldn't sleep hardly (i put it down to typical grief and being hurt).

After about 3 weeks i forced myself to get up and go for a jog every morning, i redecorated my room, went shopping, got a haircut and went out with a couple of times with friends. I felt numb, i didn't care anymore but i was hoping that by taking peoples advice the feelings would eventually pass.

It's been two months now, still on auto- pilot. Waking up and trying to get out of bed every morning is like a kick in the guts. I go through every day in what i can only describe as a trance, it's sometimes even disorientating and "dream like". The only positive i can say is i do sleep more than i used to, but i contanstly feel exhausted throughout the day.

I've put all this down to typical grief and just situational depression which i'm hoping is going to wear off, but today pushed me to ask this question. I think i've been hallucinating - seeing signs move further away, seeing the road kind of stretch and retract. I also keep thinking i see my rabbit hopping out of the corner of my eye. I'm not doing any drugs etc (the only thing i've took today is a couple of ibuprofen for a headache)

Can somebody shed some light on this for me? Could a stressful event trigger off more serious underlying issues or is this common?

My wife and I signed a spousal support agreement in Mar 2010 entitling her to $1400/mth until she marries or I die; which ever comes first. the papers were filed but was rejected coz i had it printed double sided. we seperated in nov 2009. she recently learned i got a much higher paying job (about 70% more than my previous job and it is close to $200K). now she wants to change the spousal support agreement making me pay her $1600/mth, plus her cell phone, auto and medical/dental insurance until she remarries or i die; which ever comes first. or she said i pay her $1900/mth and i will not be responsible for the rest of the bills. is she entitled to all these? since the original agreement we both signed have been notarized; i.e. $1400/mth without any mention of her auto/dental/medical insurance and phone bills? we were married for 7 yrs and all these years she has not been supportive of me or my career and she is just too lazy to get a permanent job or retrain herself. she is threatening me with a lawyer to divide all my properties (401K; house; pension; savings) if i do not agree to her terms. please advise coz i am all stressed up. thanks.

But I have already given her 1 house and i have one myself. and all these while when she served me her separation papers i just signed without engaging an attorney. and she was sc...wing behind my back when i slog hard and give her a good life all these years. i am thinking of geting an attorney to fight this case since now i think she deserve nothing from me. how much and how long will this drag on for me?

How do you beat people in Grand Theft 4 Death match?

No matter how hard I try, no matter who I am playing against and no matter how often I practice I just cannot beat any one in Grand theft auto. I must be doing something wrong because when I play every one just hammers me all the time. every one seems to be able to kill in one or two shots for me to kill some one I am usually standing shooting with a direct hit for ages before any one dies usually I die first I swear I might swell be holding my **** in my hand (no offense) but it just gets a bit boring getting blown away constantly, I know I probably sound like a bit of a spoil sport but I know that you cant just win all the time, it would just be nice to win some of the time. Any advice would be much appreciated. And if you don't have any advice please tell me why you think I am getting smashed all the time. Thanks I love playing multi-player games
